You can download the previous version (NVivo 12) on the same page. Once your account is set up, head to the downloads page and click the download button for your operating system. The University is currently licensed for the latest version of NVivo.If you cannot find this email, try looking in your junk email folder. As part of the sign-up process, you will be sent a verification code to verify your email address. Follow the instructions on screen to sign up for NVivo portal.Click Try NVivo and then on the next page, click I already have a license.If this applies to you, follow the instructions below for installing NVivo Plus on Windows using the 32-bit installer file. NVivo is not currently available on AppsAnywhere for 32-bit computers. Please visit the QSR International NVivo website for additional information.If the NVivo (64-bit) option is greyed out, you may have a 32-bit computer. Important! Enter your username as iupmsd\username (note the direction of the slash). When prompted for the license key, open the file called license.txt in the NVivo-MAC folder, and enter the license information as the key.Navigate to your applications folder and double click NVivo.Open the folder and double-click NVivo.dmg. A new folder called NVivo-MAC will be created.Once the download is complete, open NVivo-MAC.zip.Click on the download link below and select Save.Check between the System Requirements above and the overview on your Mac to be sure it will run NVivo. A new folder called NVivo-32bit or NVivo-64bit will be created after it is unzipped.Once the download is complete, open file NVivo-32bit.zip.Click on one of the download links below, select Save.
You will be prompted for your username and network password when downloading the software. To determine your system type, right-click on Computer,then choose Properties.Look for system type and you will see 32-bit or 64-bit operating system. There is a 64-bit version available for NVivo.
